Purpose:
To look into and discuss different aspects of Fair Trade Coffee. We discuss a bit about some terms, history, facts, and future of the Fair Trade Coffee world, but not too much, because I’d rather spend my time talking about the coffee and other fun products.
About me:
My name is Ian Smith, coffee lover.
As an old computer programmer (as any of you old computer professionals out there know), I have drank many cups of pretty bad office coffee and placed way too many coffee circle stains on printouts. During the past several years, I have been fortunate enough to work from home (for the most part). This has afforded me the opportunity to pick the coffee that I make. I also know who to blame when there’s no coffee left! I enjoy most kinds of coffee and do like a variety. Espresso is probably my favorite, but anything rich and full bodied will do the trick!
