My name is Ian Smith. I have started this blog to look into and discuss different aspects of Fair Trade Coffee. In most cases, I will not go indepth on anything. My plan is to keep posts light and lively, short and informative. I will attempt to forward guests to places that they can find more indepth knowledge, if they so choose.
I’m going to briefly discuss a bit about some terms, history, facts, and future of the Fair Trade Coffee world. But let’s face it, not too much. I’ll readily admit that after you have decided on your views about fairly traded coffee, then the coffee and coffee products are far more interesting.
